We provide "cash on delivery" service in India only for customers convenience, in all other countries, we accept only online payments. Please do not misuse this service.
Open delivery is not available. Each parcel is Seal packed and they are having insurance to Protect it from Fraud. Under this insurance policy, no one can open it before paying the full order amount. Though we have 7 days "No Question Asked" Return policy, under which if you don't like the product then you can ask for refund or exchange. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, a refund would not be provided.

Overall experience was good. There is a scope to improve. Personnel need to track the courier. My article was lying at Delhi almost for a week with courier agency and it moved after my follow up with the Libas personnel. Libas personnel are attentive but request to follow up with the courier agency for lapses on courier side. It will definately improve the impression of Libas with respect to timely delivery.
